Winners and Runner Ups 2015

 

The winners of the 2015 North East Contact Centre Awards were announced during a right royal affair on Friday 20 November. Ramside Hall Hotel played host to hundreds of guests at this year’s Best of British themed event which was organised by Sunderland City Council.

After weeks of deliberation the judging panel of eight declared Fusion Contact Centre the winner of the ‘Over 250 seats’ category whilst Home Group took the trophy for the ‘Under 250 seats’ title.

Other winners on the night included Robbie Tinmouth from Virgin Money, winner of the Jewel in the Crown Award, Katie Powell from Sage UK winner of Best New Talent, and Phil Redman from Tesco Bank, winner of the Inspirational Leader award.
