Multi Channel Adviser of the Year 2017
The trend continues for 2017, with digital channels being increasingly important to the overall customer contact mix. The judges are looking for an individual working at adviser level who uses more than one communication channel e.g. telephony and web chat; email and social media etc. This may include telephony as a channel so long as there is a digital channel in the mix. To be crowned Champion in our gala award ceremony, please see the criteria on the attached form and fill it in and send it to us. All we ask is:

- What makes you a leading exponent of multi channel customer communication
