The winner of this category will be automatically entered into the final of the CCMA’s UK Contact Centre Awards Manager or Team Leader categories.
A truly inspiring leader continually creates and delivers vision with demonstrable results. The judges are looking for a real leading light of the contact centre industry who can successfully demonstrate his or her impact to their team’s performance. You may be working at any level within the contact centre industry so long as you have the opportunity to lead others.
