Customer Experience Champion 2017
The winner of this category will be automatically entered into the final of the CCMA’s UK Contact Centre Awards Customer Experience Champion category.
The judges are seeking an individual within a leadership role (at any level) within the contact centre environment, who is passionate about their organisation’s customer journey and has personally made a significant difference to customer experience. The winner will need to impress the judges with how they have made or initiated significant improvements to the customer journey within their organisation together with demonstrable results. Your achievements may be process led, customer led/engagement, making internal changes or a combination. To be crowned Champion in our gala award ceremony, please see the criteria on the attached form and fill it in and send it to us. All we ask is:
- What you have initiated, led and implemented to improve your organisation’s customer experience with demonstrable results
- The impact you have made to the organisation’s balanced scorecard
The developments may have been delivered by one individual or a team, but the award will be for the individual who has been instrumental in making the change happen. This is an individual award.
You may accompany your application with evidence in any format or mix of formats– including written, video, audio etc – be creative!
