The North East Contact Centre Awards, hosted by Make It Sunderland, celebrates its 16th anniversary this year, recognising the very best practitioners in the thriving contact and call centre industry.
All over the region our contact centre superheroes are coming to the rescue and saving the day! We want you to reveal their alter egos and help us celebrate each and every one of them at a glittering awards ceremony on Friday, 8th February 2019. So tell us who they are!
The award entries face the most stringent of judging criteria and are decided by industry experts, so the winners really are the crème de la crème and can feel justifiably proud of the honour they receive.
