The North East Contact Centre Awards celebrates its 14th anniversary this year, recognising the very best practitioners in the thriving contact and call centre industry.
Everyday the stars in our region's contact centres who are sowing the seeds of excellence, are you one of them? We want to celebrate and showcase each and every one of those shining stars from 2017 at a glittering awards ceremony on 2nd February 2018, tell us who they are!
The award entries face the most stringent of judging criteria and are decided by industry experts, so the winners really are the crème de la crème and can feel justifiably proud of the honour they receive.
This year's event is being held on 2nd February 2018 celebrating all achievements from 2017 in our region's contact centre industry. The awards will be bigger and better than ever with new categories and new ideas to make it the best celebration we can for our region's contact centres.
